McCosker Contracting are seeking applications from experienced Diesel Fitters for a project in Gove, NT.Location: Gove, Northern TerritoryAttractive rates of pay (including overtime >38 hours, site allowance, travel allowance, and retention allowance)Weekly payRoster: 2 weeks on, 1 week offFly in Fly out position or local role availableMonday to Friday roster with optional weekend work for local candidatesFlights, meals, accommodation, and travel payment applies for non-local candidatesThe successful candidate will form part of our heavy equipment maintenance team which maintains our civil construction fleet with over 100+ pieces of machinery, providing specialist advice and servicing support across various sites.To be successful in this role:Qualification in Engineering – Mechanical / Diesel Fitting / Mobile Plant or equivalentCurrent Queensland Open Drivers LicenceGeneral Construction Induction (white card)Experience in PM maintenance, fault diagnostics, and repairs of civil construction earthmoving equipmentAble to finish work to quality standardsBe self-motivated and able to work as directedHave a strong commitment to safety of self and othersAbout McCoskerMcCosker are experts in the civil construction industry offering a diverse range of services to the mining, construction, building, gas, and industrial sectors.
