We are on the hunt for trade-qualified Diesel Fitters to join our award-winning general revenue workshop in Townsville. Multiple Permanent, full-time Monday to Friday opportunities are available!
As a Diesel Fitter you will:
Have the opportunity to work with advanced technology, including computer-controlled systems and electronic diagnostic tools, making the work challenging and engaging.Work on a range of CAT machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, dump trucks, and track-type tractors, with models such as the CAT 320D, D6T, 950GC, and 773G being commonly used.Diagnose, repair, and maintain these machines, ensuring their efficient operation in our business.Why Hastings Deering? A trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Fitting, or a similar field (Cert III Engineering).Demonstrated minimum 2 years post trade mechanical fitting experience.Previous experience with CAT machinery and diagnostic systems desirable.Well-developed communication and customer service skills.Commitment to workplace health and safety standards.A continuous improvement commitment and positive attitude.To Apply: Hit the 'Apply Now' button.
