This is a full-time permanent position, and the successful applicants will be responsible for safely and effectively providing maintenance of locomotive fleet and mobile plant to maximise locomotive and plant availability. Motor mechanics who have had previous experience with diesel engines should apply and in house training will be provided to suitable applicants if they are successful. The salary offered will be commensurate with individual skills and experience. The indicative salary range is between $70,000 (TL10) and $77,000 (TL08) annually for day work (during the maintenance season) and moves to shift work with shift penalties in the Production Season. Penalties are paid on any time done over 38 hours!
