About the Role: We are seeking Heavy Diesel Fitters for our Mobile Maintenance Division, based in Newman. These roles will conduct planned and breakdown maintenance and repairs to predominantly CAT 793F Trucks and CAT 785 Watercarts. Demonstrated experience in maintaining and diagnosing mobile equipment is highly regarded. The roster will be an 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 nights off roster, FIFO from Perth.
Responsibilities include: Planned and breakdown maintenance on a variety of mobile plant and equipment – CAT/Cummins knowledge is advantageous.Carrying out inspections and repairs on equipment as per maintenance strategies.Executing work orders as per schedule to a high standard.Scoping and creating 1SAP notifications for preventative work.Contributing to a positive team culture and working to a high degree of safety at all times.About You Previous experience in mining, or a transferrable industry with larger sized earthmoving equipment.Cat & Cummins knowledge is highly desirable.Team-focused, with a high regard for safety in the workplace.Highly developed diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work as part of a diverse team.What is on offer?
