The Opportunity:
Hall Contracting is looking to welcome a Diesel Fitter to their Sunshine Coast marine workshop!
This role would see you working on a range of both marine and civil equipment and is a stable and permanent opportunity (Monday to Friday), perfect for a local or someone wanting to relocate to the Sunshine Coast.
This opportunity will primarily be based in the Sunshine Coast workshop, with some exposure to FIFO projects across Australia and in the Pacific Islands, offering you diversity and an exciting chance to see the country and the world!

About You: Heavy Diesel or Mechanical Fitter Trade CertificatePost trade experience on civil construction equipment (excavators, moxy, dozers, graders etc.
)Experience with Komatsu, Volvo, Hitachi or Caterpillar machines is beneficialExperience with marine equipment (vessels, workboats, barges, dredges) is highly regarded, but not essentialHydraulic/electrical systems, and pump experience would be beneficialExperience in component rebuilds of engines, transmissions, hydraulic components would be beneficialSelf-driven, reliable, high interest in the mechanical trades
