Diesel Fitter

Based in Bundaberg, our client requires a qualified Diesel Fitter or Mechanical Fitter to join their high-performing workshop team in the heart of the action!What we Offer:Ongoing Casual Role with pathways to Permanent EmploymentCompetitive Pay Rates plus penalty rates for the hard yards!RDOs to maintain that work-life balance!Key Responsibilities:Conduct on-site servicing, preventative maintenance, and repairs to mobile plant, including heavy earth-moving equipment, trucks, and light vehicles as required.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.Follow and enforce safe work practices and procedures while operating and servicing machinery.Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and procedures.What you Need:Extensive experience in the servicing and maintenance of trucks, heavy plant, and machinery.Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills within a workshop setting.Australian recognised Diesel Mechanic trade qualification (or similar).Valid Australian Driver's License.
