novated car leasing, remote area housing), quarterly bonuses, employee share scheme, referral bonuses, recognition program, study assistance, discounted health insurance, and allowances for DIDO and local employees.This roster is 8/6 (days) - 7/7 (nights) and a 12-hour day.About the roleThe purpose of this role is to perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks safely and effectively within the site Mobile Maintenance department.Key responsibilities will include:Routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing along with field workWorking on a range of mining equipment including Normet, Volvo, Sandvik loaders and Sandvik Development and Production drillsReading and interpreting hydraulic and auto electrical schematics and understanding associated software programsGaining technical knowledge to apply potential asset/maintenance improvementsFollowing correct procedures for costing of all items and contributing to maintaining within existing budgetIdentifying risks/hazards and applying effective controls via use of PTRA's, JSEA's or formal Risk AssessmentsMaintaining health, safety, statutory, regulatory, and licensing standards, and principles, both within own workplace and through the identification of potential risks throughout EvolutionAbout youThe successful applicant will have the ability to make decisions, meet deadlines, have strong communication skills and always strive to be part of a high performing team.
