Reporting to the Workshop Manager, this role will perform fault diagnosis, repair and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.Key aspects of this role include: Routine services and maintenance repairs (necessary and preventative maintenance) on our fleet of modern trucks, tippers and pneumatic tankersFault diagnosis both electrical and hydraulicMaintain accurate records of work completed In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have: A diesel mechanic qualification with previous experience in a similar roleProven experience working with Kenworth, Cummins and CAT vehiclesHold a current driver's licenseHave an ability to work autonomously and within a team environmentHave the ability to pass an ASIO/Police clearanceHave a positive attitude It is preferable, but not essential that you have: Previous experience working on road transport You will be committed to safety in the workplace and be committed to 100% Chain of Responsibility compliance.
