The Camp
A well-known mining hub in South Australia, the camp on site features a variety of facilities including a modern canteen and accommodation with new developments underway. The site currently has:

Ensuited rooms with air conditioning and wifi
Good quality and consistent standard of meals
Clean camp and site with large array of facilities & activities

The Roster
The teams are currently working off a 2/1 or 2/2 roster - the shifts will consist of day/night shift and travel as below:

Flights are Tuesdays/Thursdays, fly in the afternoon to site - 12-hour shifts
Fly out of site mid-afternoon on your last day

The Role
Your experience as a diesel fitter will see you working across the surface workshop with surface breakdown work included, company fleet consisting of Sandvik, CAT heavy earthmoving.

Undertaking scheduled and preventative maintenance, repairs, and fitting parts
Attending breakdowns, fault finding and diagnostic work, and providing technical support
Working within safety guidelines, policies, and procedures

Your Value
The ideal candidate will come from a heavy background of either mining, civil, or agricultural - mobile plant experience is essential.

2 years minimum post trade - cert 3 heavy fitting qualification
Electrical and hydraulics experience
Hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence
Able to obtain a National Police Check within 6 - 12 months
Able to contribute and work well within a supportive and dynamic crew culture
Work safely within company guidelines
