Job Description
The Role
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint 1
Permanent Administration role
at our MacIntyre Wind Farm Village.
Roster:
Working 14 days ON 7 days OFF | 7am-5.30pm & 10am-8.30pm
What This Role Involves
Responsible for site related administration paperwork, data entry and reporting as per Cater Care and client procedures within stipulated time frames
Manning the front reception area for visitors' arrival
Visitor Check In & Out as per Client and Cater Care procedures
Answering and directing telephone enquiries
Incoming and Outgoing mail
General Office Duties
Assist the broader team as required
Desired Skills and Experience
The Ideal Applicant Will Have:
1 Consecutive year + of experience in an administration or receptionist role
1 - 2 years experience in Guest Reservations Administration, Guest Services Administration or Accommodation Management (Reservations and Administration)
High attention to detail
Strong and clear communication abilities (verbal and written)
All front office reception duties – meeting & greeting customers, answering telephone and distributing mail/deliveries
A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
A motivated, enthusiastic and positive 'can-do' attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
Resourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasm is key to this role
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
Drivers License (Auto or Man)
