We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Western Renal Service team at Westmead Hospital. As a Dialysis Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating dialysis access services, leading patient care initiatives, and supporting training for nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate dialysis access services to optimize patient careLead patient care initiatives to promote evidence-based practiceSupport training for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledgeFoster teamwork and open communication to drive quality improvements in patient care Requirements Registration: Currently authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Preferred recent dialysis experience and working knowledge of access modalities used for both Haemodialysis and Peritoneal DialysisDemonstrated application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to patient careEffective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients About Us
