Echuca Moama and townships are located directly across the state border from one another, separated by the Murray River.  ERH provides a comprehensive range of acute, medical, surgical and sub-acute services plus residential aged care and a broad range of community healthcare services. With a strong focus on increasing our capacity as a sub-regional teaching health service, Echuca Regional Health employees are dedicated professionals who strive to deliver the best possible care to their community. We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Diabetes Educators to work at Echuca Regional Health. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality diabetes education and support services, both for patients and hospital staff, with a focus on continuous improvement and patient-centered care. Key responsibilities include: Tailor education and support services to meet the unique needs and preferences of each patient. Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice. Foster a collaborative partnership with patients, empowering them to actively participate in their own care.
