This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality diabetes education and support services, both for patients and hospital staff, with a focus on continuous improvement and patient-centered care. Key responsibilities include: Tailor education and support services to meet the unique needs and preferences of each patient. Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice. Foster a collaborative partnership with patients, empowering them to actively participate in their own care.
