Be a part of our mission to provide safety, comfort, housing and support for our communities.We are now looking for a DFV Specialist - Co-Location Pilot to work as part of our Women's Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service, operating out of Orange Police Station.
The DFV Specialist will deliver best practice support services to women and children experiencing domestic violence in Orange and surrounds.To be successful, you will require strong experience in Community Services, ideally within the DFV Sector; proven ability to professionally and sensitively deliver client services to clients experiencing emotional distress; well-developed communication skills; and demonstrated experience in identifying key stakeholders and establishing effective relationships.In return, we can offer you the chance to make a significant contribution to our organisation and community, as well as learning and development opportunities, health and well-being program, additional leave, reward and recognition and salary packaging.Please include in your application a cover letter outlining why the role interests you, and how you meet the above requirements.This is a full-time contract (Monday - Friday, 38 hours per week) to 30th June 2025.This position is classified as a Level 5.1 under the SCHADS Award, which equates to $97,639 gross per annum.
This will increase on an annual basis in line with the pay points in the Award.
