As an APS5 Operations Officer , you'll play a critical role in supporting Home and Living programs, resolving complex enquiries, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Provide secretariat support and handle enquiries related to Home and Living decisions Resolve participant issues and complaints effectively Lead initiatives that improve service processes and program outcomes Analyze data to create reports and dashboards for operational planning Contribute to team goals and performance targets Support and mentor team members on technical and administrative tasks Contract Details: Start Date: 13th January 2025 (pending pre-employment checks) End Date: 31st December 2025 Extensive background checks required, taking approximately 4 weeks .
