Join our team Our Projects Team partners with key federal government clients to deliver a range of large-scale recruitment projects, including Graduate Recruitment Projects and government assessments.
As our Administrator, you'll be tasked with administering, communicating and scheduling candidate interviews and assessments, managing workflows, and running reports effectively.
Your previous experience ensuring timely management of high-volume administration will ensure your success in this role.
We are seeking an applicant who has thrived in a deadline-driven administrative role, managing customer requests and high volumes of data accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.

What you will bring to the role: Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume administrative roleOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsA high level of proficiency with Word, Excel and IT applications in generalPrevious experience using CRM systems or similarManagement of candidate/customer enquiries and problem resolutionCapacity to demonstrate strong attention to detailThe ability to think and react quickly within tight timelinesWe're different!
