DF.GYM is looking for a new Front Desk / Customer Success person to join our awesome team!The person who is going to love this position is someone who is a friendly energetic contributor to the team, has the ability to service our growing community of members, building relationships and being the first point of call for enquiries and helping people enjoy their experience here at our awesome new facility.
The gym is based in a central location 5min drive from Cairns CBD, in which we offer an amazing gym culture, a free gym membership and a pathway to grow as the business expands.Your Role:Be the friendly, welcoming face of DF.GYMHelp members navigate timetableProvide members a clear pathway for their membershipCoordinate sales of merch, equipment, drinks & coffeeSchedule appointments & monitoring class numbersHelp keep a tidy facility for membersQualifications & Experience:Gym reception, front desk, customer service or retail rolesBarista experience (beneficial but not essential)Current 'Working with Children' Blue CardCurrent CPR/First Aid CertificatePersonal Attributes:Excellent organisation and time managementExcellent verbal and written communicationUnderstanding of retail sale record keeping requirementsGreat computing skills using Word, Excel, Google Calendar and SlackAdaptability to learn our client and retail management software (ZenPlanner)Ability to take ownership and use initiative with minimal supervisionYou'll be joining a team of professional Fitness and Muay Thai coaches, passionate about helping kids find their confidence, helping members find their fitness and helping athletes become champions!How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Customer Service Role?Do you have customer service experience?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Do you have a current Working With Children (WWC) Check?Are you willing to relocate for this role?
