Dexter Construction Company Limited | Dispatcher/Administrator

Fero Waste and Recycling Inc, a division of The Municipal Group of Companies, is a solid waste company that services New Brunswick and Nova Scotia and is currently seeking the knowledge and expertise of a Dispatcher / Administrator based out of our Bathurst, NB location.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Act as a representative of the company demonstrating superior judgement and excellent customer service.Answer phone calls and direct them as needed, and set up customer orders.Dispatch drivers to calls as they are received, using information on customer needs and driver's locations.Manage requests for pick-up or container delivery.Troubleshoot and resolve potential delivery and pick-up problems before they result in service issues.Field emails from customers to the appropriate departments.Coordinate with the drivers for deliveries and services.Organize and maintain office files and supplies.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience: Experience with Microsoft Office Suites preferred.Strong interpersonal skills.Effective problem-solving skills.High attention to detail.Utilizes strong organizational and planning skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors.Reliable transportation to and from work is required for this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
