DEWATERING TRADE ASSISTANTS We are currently experienced Dewatering Trade Assistant. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and enjoy working in an inclusive team environment within a team environment. As part of the Dewatering team your role will be working in a team environment to monitor the flow of water out of the pit. This is a hands on role, which will see you working with all of the Mining Operations team to enable smooth and continuous production. Previous piping & pump experience or poly welding is essential for this role FIFO ex Perth or DIDO Karratha Residents
2 & 1 roster Days Shift with some nights when required Requirements: Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen Valid unrestricted manual Australian Driver's License Full Australian working rights, no restrictions Forklift Licence DG ticket Basic Rigging Poly Welding ticket or piping experience Duties will include assisting the Dewatering Team to :-
Removal and installation of submersible bore pumps with franna crane.
Moving generators and dewatering infrastructure with I.T loaders. Setting up input sump pumps. Poly pipe welding 100-1000mm. General earthworks and road maintenance Maintenance of valves head works and dewatering equipment. Routine maintenance and inspections. Attributes:Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
