As DevOps technician at OpusV you will support the in-house development team to deploy the software products built by OpusV to our clients. Your goal will be to deliver our software reliably using automation software where possible to ensure consistency and speed of delivery. Additionally, as DevOps technician you will be the first point of escalation for client support regarding OpusV's software products. As the first point of escalation your task will be to identify if the problem is a software bug in which case you will escalate the issue to the development team and work with them to deploy a fix or remediate the issue yourself if the issue is related to the environment. This role has the flexibility to take part in development if all the core responsibilities outlined above are met. Ideally all devs will do some DevOps and all DevOps will do some dev work.RequirementsMust be an Australian Citizen, Resident or have a valid Working VISA.Must be able to attend the Melbourne Office at least 3 days a week.ResponsibilitiesSetup and deploy new instances of OpusV's software products using tooling such as Ansible + Docker.Maintain, patch and upgrade existing instances of OpusV's software products.Troubleshoot, Resolve and respond to issues raised internally, as well as tickets submitted by clients regarding issues with OpusV's software products.Write and maintain internal documentation on the processes to deploy and troubleshoot OpusV's software products.
