Devops Engineer

Verse Group are currently working with one of the biggest names in the game, who are on the hunt for their next TWO DevOps Engineering team members, and they want you. With one vacancy being embedded in the platform engineering team, and one in data and integration team, these positions will see you contribute to the development of the digital technology sector, tailoring solutions to ensure the needs and demands of the business are met and integrated. These two roles are vital for refining the infrastructure solutions the client needs to ensure their technology runs effectively.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Cloud Engineering team and product leader, the successful candidates will aid in the implementation and continuous management of integration, delivery, microservices and infrastructure, which include code, a high focus on collaboration and effective monitoring. You will be identifying and implementing any suitable release and development techniques & automation tools. The successful applicants will:
aid in continually improving automation of software that will increase speed, quality, and the security of software delivery
Driving automation to help improve software systems to deliver effectively, and
The overseeing of knowledge and configuration systems will be an important aspect of this role.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this role, our client is searching for candidates who have experience in:
an AWS multi account environment,
Can demonstrate in-depth knowledge of services including CodeBuild, CodeArtifact, Step Functions, Lambda and Control Tower.
They aresearching for candidates with a relevant tertiary education, or an equivalent combination of training and/or education. A comprehensive understanding of code-based infrastructure, microservices and integration of DevOps Methodologies is also going to be highly regarded and looked upon.
