It requires the application of specialist IT, project, stakeholder engagement and informal leadership skills to provide support in a range of areas including system efficiency, continuous improvement and customer service.About YouYou will have a relevant tertiary or further education qualification required plus minimum 2 years' experience in a related role, or minimum 5 years' experience in a related role together with less formal qualifications.
