Postgraduate in social science discipline (55% minimum) with NET /M.Phil.

Project Overview: Funding Agency: Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR)
Title: Embracing diversity for a thriving workplace: A path to employee wellness and firm success in the textile industry.

This could include:
Conducting literature reviews and summarizing relevant research findings.
Assisting with data collection (e.g., interviews, surveys, focus groups).
Transcribing and coding qualitative data.
Analyzing quantitative data using statistical software (e.g.
SPSS, R, etc).
Preparing research reports and presentations.
Maintaining project documentation and databases.
