Planning and Regulatory Services is currently seeking a Development Support Officer to assist customers attending the Development Advice Centre with a variety of enquiries.
With a positive attitude and focus on using your initiative, you will accurately receive, receipt and process applications, undertake building and plumbing record searches and planning certificates and assist in issuing, receipting and collecting Infrastructure Charges.
You will provide high level administrative assistance to a number of units ensuring compliance with legislative processes and timeframes.
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
