'TownLiving by Metricon' is a leading provider of innovative, world-class home and lifestyle developments. This involves designing, building, marketing, and innovative concepts in townhouse development.
You will develop and nurture long-term relationships with Development Managers, Sales Agents, and customers, representing TownLiving over a variety of projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Being the first point of contact for the developer & sales agents for a portfolio of residential communities Application and preparation of Building Permits and other associated compliances Maintaining the highest standard of customer service by monitoring progress of customer files and providing updates on the status of their home Registering and tracking all documentation and answering any questions & queries Review Sales paperwork to ensure the customer requirements are clear and have no discrepancies before preparing the building contract Following up any outstanding documentation to prepare One Part Contracts Provide Developers and Sales Agents regular updates for projects in pre-construction & under construction Creating & distributing the HIA Building Contract assisting with all questions & queries pertaining to the HIA Contract Revision & preparation of projects for the production team to work on and resolve any discrepancies before building permit applications Facilitating with the developer and construction team settlement day procedure and communication and conduct of settlements with the customer Metricon will offer you:

Experience working within a project management or customer-focused role in a multi-channel and results-focused team Permits experience preferred Ability to clearly identify client needs and generate solutions Highly effective interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and customers Intermediate Microsoft WORD, EXCEL & SharePoint computer skills Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities Working knowledge of the building and construction process is preferred but not essential If you feel you have the knowledge, skills, and experience to excel in this role, then apply with your Cover Letter and Resume.
