Job Description This position offers an opportunity for an individual looking to specialise in Residential Development Site transactions within the thriving Western Sydney region.
What does this role offer? The chance to become a pure specialist in Residential Development Sites and forge a career as the "go to agent" for development site sales in Western Sydney.Access to market leading CRM and other tech platforms that will unlock opportunities with property owners.The chance to generate new property listings and provide excellent service to current vendors.Market leading support team that ensures the right individual is client facing instead of bogged down in admin and marketing.A chance to leverage from a global brand with a well established local presence, doing what's right for our clients.Qualifications 3-5 years of commercial sales experience with exposure to Development Site sales preferred.Knowledge of the Western Sydney Residential market.Understanding of development principles and feasibility analysis.Tertiary qualifications in property, business, or related field (preferred but not essential).Additional Information We foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
