We are on the hunt for our next Development Site Manager to join our Central Victorian team in a full-time permanent capacity.
The role of Development Site Manager is an opportunity to take the next step in your commercial construction career, from carpenter to site manager. We expect in 18 months' time, you will be managing your own site of skilled and capable tradespeople with effective leadership techniques, that will motivate your team members, align with all industry, and company policies, procedures, and legislation.
We are looking for trade qualified individuals who are career focused and want to become highly regarded site managers with an award-winning builder.
