Reporting to the Development Director, your key responsibilities will include:? Coordinating and directing development activities and consultants to meet Development Victoria's objectives.
Prepare financial feasibility models and monitor financial performance.
Manage project costing, cash-flow, and delivery against budgets.
Direct internal and external project inputs, including planning, design, marketing, and sales.
