The roleA position has been created for a Development Manager to join the team.
This role will see you working on two residential mixed-use projects in the Sydney metropolitan area.
Key responsibilities will include:
Manage & Lead the Project Team, including Consultants & Project ManagersProvide Regular, & Accurate Project ReportsFinancial Performance of Projects, Including Cost ManagementLiaise with Sales Manager to Develop Strategy for Marketing ProjectsProvide Leadership, Motivation, & Guidance to Team MembersSkills & experienceTo be considered for this role is essential that you have current experience as a Development on residential apartment projects.
Other key requirements include:
Strong Communication Skills, Ability to Engage & Influence stakeholdersTertiary Qualifications in Property, Construction or EquivalentAbility to Lead & Manage Assistant Development ManagerFull lifecycle Development Experience with Ability to Problem SolveThe Ability to Generate & Present Accurate Reports to ManagementPlease email your CV to or call for a confidential discussion.
