They currently own or manage more than 460 social and affordable homes and are rapidly expanding.About the RoleAs the Development Manager, you will be responsible for providing superior and timely property development management and coordination across the development lifecycle for various national property development projects.
This role exists due to the growth of the organisation, and you will play a key role in driving this growth by carrying projects from design to delivery.There will be an interstate travel element to this role with frequency ranging from fortnightly to monthly.
Travel will be flexible and managed individually to suit the DMs circumstances and calendar.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and coordinate new potential project feasibilities.Collate details required for tenders and applications.Assess project viability, focusing on economic, technical, legal, and scheduling considerations to align with strategic objectives.Appoint and manage the design and consultant team, coordinate meetings, and issue minutes.Manage the design team post-DA through design development and detailed documentation.Assist with legal interface and regularly update project budgets and cash flow forecasts with the Senior Finance Manager.Prepare PCG reports and progress reports.Coordinate stakeholder and funder reports within funding project requirements.Coordinate milestone payment requirements from funders.Participate in project risk assessment and mitigation planning.Ideal CandidateAlignment with the Purpose and Values of YWCA.Degree qualified in a related discipline with relevant experience in a Development Manager role.Experience within the housing development sector preferable.Ability to take initiative and work autonomously as well as in a team.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
