JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to): · Assist to prepare planning permit applications for super-lots with the help of a town planner.· Formulate medium density master plan and typology designs ensuring best design, yield maximisation and appropriate development costs.· Ensure dwellings are in accordance with housing design guidelines and covenants. · Manage the processes necessary to successfully achieve all required statutory planning approvals. · Selection, engagement and coordination of all Engineers, Town Planners and other consultants, where required. · Oversee built form design via an external architect and external builders to ensure market acceptance and a high-quality finished product.
