Development Manager - Melbourne - Up to 195K Package
Development Manager role reporting directly to the Director within a vibrant, well resourced, and progressive company and team. With a central head office and quality projects in Melbourne's Western Suburbs, your opportunity here is strong.
With the ability to move and gain exposure from land into built form in this very role, this opportunity is not one to miss.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

· Assist to prepare planning permit applications for super-lots with the help of a town planner.
· Formulate medium density master plan and typology designs ensuring best design, yield maximisation and appropriate development costs.
· Ensure dwellings are in accordance with housing design guidelines and covenants.
· Manage the processes necessary to successfully achieve all required statutory planning approvals.
· Selection, engagement and coordination of all Engineers, Town Planners and other consultants, where required.
· Oversee built form design via an external architect and external builders to ensure market acceptance and a high-quality finished product.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Prior experience (1-2 years ideal minimum) as a development manager in land & build form / project experience
- Relevant qualifications in Property, Engineering, Construction, Architecture etc
- Well presented, articulate communication with a positive attitude to join a friendly, professional team
