Development Finance Manager

Leading ASX listed based Property Asset Manager on the lookout for an experienced Development Finance Manager to join the business on an initial 6 month contract basis.Reporting into the CFO directly, you will be responsible for business partnering with the development team, sales and the marketing team. You will manage 3 Development Accountants and will manage the half year and year end reporting. This will include management of the market material release.In addition, you will manage the quarterly review on feasibility analysis for 26 projects, as well as providing ad-hoc feasibility analysis on future projects. You will also be required to review all the development finance across both P&L and Balance Sheets.Finally, you will manage daily approval on PO/capex requests and provide a fortnightly review on all commission calculations.To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience working in a Development Finance Manager role. You will have previous exposure to feasibility analysis working across multiple projects.
