In this role, you will oversee the management and successful delivery of a range of upscale apartment projects throughout Sydney. These luxury, multi-phase developments are designed for owner-occupiers and exemplify the highest standards of quality and design.
This senior, hands-on role requires full accountability for project execution and team leadership within a development firm that has been shaking up the property scene in Sydney for many years.
The ideal candidate will have end-to-end apartment experience with at least 15 years of development experience, exceptional leadership capabilities, strong commercial insight, and the ability to cultivate and direct high-performing teams while engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
