We are currently seeking a dedicated Development Compliance Consultant to join our innovative and growing planning team. Based in our Brisbane office, you will play a key role in our end-to-end services, from site conception through to titling. Your primary focus will be assisting our team in administering plan sealing and development compliance projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with conditions compliance and plan sealing processes, collaborating with clients, project teams, and government officers. Understand development approval conditions and requirements for compliance and plan sealing. Liaise effectively with clients, project teams, and government officers. Handle uncompleted works bonds, maintenance approvals, plan sealing endorsements, and easement and covenant preparation. Understand infrastructure charges, calculations, and crediting. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in the development compliance industry will be highly regarded. Excellent administrative skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong coordination and organisation skills to manage multiple projects. Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment. High-level communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written, adaptable to various personality types.
