About the roleWe're seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong Python and React expertise to build scalable web applications and data-driven solutions.
This role combines frontend development, backend systems design, and machine learning integration to drive technological innovation across our global organization.

Core ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop full-stack applications using React and PythonBuild responsive, performant frontend interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern web technologiesDevelop scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs using PythonIntegrate and optimize machine learning solutions within web applicationsImplement data visualization and analytics featuresDesign and maintain database schemas and data pipelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsPresent insights and solutions to stakeholders across all organizational levelsRequired QualificationsFrontend: Expert-level React JS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, WebpackBackend: Expert-level Python, RESTful APIs, GraphQLDatabase: Strong background in SQL and NoSQL databasesML/Data: Working knowledge of ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow)Cloud: Experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCPDevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelinesTesting: Jest, React Testing Library, Python unittestSkills & ExperienceNatural Language Processing (NLP) for text analysis and chatbot developmentTime series analysis and forecastingComputer vision and image processingExperience with cloud platforms – Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCPData visualization and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent)DevOps practices including containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelineMaster's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related technical fieldBachelor's degree with additional years of relevant experience may be consideredMinimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development with PythonMinimum 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing machine learning solutions in production environmentsDemonstrated track record of successful ML project delivery from conception to deploymentPublished research or significant contributions to open-source ML projects is a plusWhy CTM?CTM offer a strong, established, and sustainable work environment which will support your career development and wellbeing.
