Developer Programmer

Charlton Brown are seeking a skilled Developer Programmer to join our dynamic and friendly team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining and modifying codes for software applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the students and other users.
Key Responsibilities: Writing and maintaining programme codes and interpreting technical design and flow charts for software applicationsParticipate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge among team membersTranslating business functional requirements into technical specificationsDocument development processes, code changes, and user guides for future referenceensuring the completion of comprehensive quality assurance testing during a project to deliver high quality work: testing, debugging, diagnosing & correcting errors & faults in an applications programming language within established testing protocolsproactively communicating with managers and other team members to assist the overall successful project deliverycontributing to utilisation & identification of further product and service opportunitiesStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance development processesImplementing effective test strategies and framework on Dynamics 365 platform ensuring efficient and seamless integrations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.Desirable skills: Experience in School or training sector will be highly regardedEssential Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years of experience as a Programmer Developer or similar role.Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365Experience using Microsoft AzureProficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django) is a plus.Understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Attractive salary of between $80K to $1,00k will be offered for this full time position.
