The Role
We are currently looking to appoint the ISC Ocean Lead who will be based in Melbourne and oversee our Australia and New Zealand cluster.
This leadership role is full-time and will own the overall responsibility of the ISC development for the cluster. The ISC product portfolio includes order management, freight management and supply chain analytics for ocean freight. The role will report directly into the ANZ Head of Ocean, and actively interface with Intercontinental Supply Chain (ISC) teams.

Key Accountabilities:
Ownership and leadership of the ANZ cluster for ISC solutions Continuous development and enhancements to the ISC network, capacity and structure within ANZ Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Sales to drive ISC growth for customers Understand ANZ cluster ISC market trends and translate to strategic product development Engage with stakeholders to deliver communication updates, training and continuous education Define and develop new segments for the ISC products Execute and support regional ISC strategy About You
International ocean freight experience in order management and freight management Sound knowledge of the ANZ ocean market and related products and operating procedures Proven leadership skills with the ability to define and execute a company strategy Strong change management and project management skills Well-developed conflict resolution, negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to lead, inspire and develop teams University degree in logistics, business management, or a similar field Our offer
