About the opportunity We're looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join the team on a casual basis, 2 days per week. Workdays are Thursdays and Fridays, 8:30am – 4:30pm.

Based in our Head office in Hindmarsh, SA and reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a friendly, warm, and welcoming experience and a positive and professional representation of our business.
A critical aspect of this role will be your ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
As an admin "all-rounder", you'll manage front desk enquiries and incoming calls, provide high quality administrative services, and general office support.
In terms of specific responsibilities, you will: Welcome and check in all visitors. Manage the switchboard. Provide professional administrative support to the corporate department. Prepare and edit documents accurately and efficiently. Undertake accurate data maintenance as required, including the preparation of material for presentations. Maintain and coordinate the external archival storage and systems. Book couriers for local, interstate, and overseas deliveries. Provide confidential support for the coordination of meetings including the preparation of agendas, reports, and documentation as required. Perform ad-hoc tasks (answering phones, coffee machine maintenance, ordering stationery, photocopying, scanning). About you What you'll need: Experience in a similar role, ideally in a global organisation. An excellent telephone manner. High level proficiency with the MS Office suite. Strong organisational and time management skills. A can-do attitude & proactive approach to problem solving. Highly developed communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
