We are on the hunt for our next Despatch Team Member (Afternoon Shift - 12pm-8pm) to join our vibrant and energetic team full-time at our site in Epping, Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be offered a full-time role working five days a week during the afternoon shifts (12pm-8pm).
Requirements Key tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support the performance of the despatch teams KPIs;Ensuring that orders are coordinated, despatched and delivered safely, in full and on time;Ensure the daily routing process achieves the most appropriate methods of shipment and accomplish the highest transportation service at the lowest possible cost through correct carrier selection;Coordinating and controlling deliveries and collections in accordance with customer instructions and recording these via a manifest system;Maintain a zero-tolerance approach to any breach of health and safety standards;Ensure all record keeping and paperwork is completed and stored in the timeframe required to support the efficient and effective operation of the area;Ensure advice and response to delivery enquires are timely and professional to best service the customer needs. 06th June, 2024 Australian family owned and operated since 1981, welcome to Criterion Industries! Skills and experience Current forklift and drivers (car) license highly desirable but not essential;Fast learner with ability to work within a team ;Enthusiastic attitude and strong sense of responsibility;Physically fit to do manual handling of stock;Experience in using computers, eg.
