It is essential for the successful candidate to hold a forklift ticket to assist loading products as required.Requirements:We require someone is is proactive and capable of learning new IT Programs, has a good knowledge of using MS Word, Excel and Outlook and has professional communication skills.
A typical day would involveAnswer customer phone and web inquiries and take ownership of the call through to generating a positive customer outcome.Quote creation and management of Customer orders through to completionPartnering with the team to understand the product range, production scheduling and delivery and freight requirements.Update project and quoting databasesUnderstanding Customer needs whilst and negotiating Customer expectations, taking into account production timing and inventory availability.Resolve any Customer complaints in a timely manner, clarifying the complaint, determining the cause and assist in providing solutionsWorking with and building relationships at all levels of the Civilmart business and our customers
