Our fit-for-purpose indoor and outdoor plantation pine products are suitable for building new homes, renovation projects, and other industrial manufacturing applications including packaging, pallets, and furniture components.

We are currently building two purpose-built manufacturing plants to adjoin our existing facilities at both of our sites.
Complementing our already diverse range of products, we will be manufacturing new timber products including cross laminated & glue laminated timber (NeXTimber) and wood-plastic composite decking & screening, expanding our business into new markets in 2023.
These products will take Timberlink from being primarily a structural timber manufacturer to a structural engineered timber products and solutions business.
About the role: We are currently looking for an experienced Despatch Co-Ordinator to lead the logistics and dispatch function which handles the accurate and timely despatch of product to our valued customers and from our internal vendors.
This position is located in our brand new CLT GLT facility.
This permanent, full-time position reports directly to the NeXTimber Operations Manager at our Tarpeena Mill (20 minutes from Mount Gambier).
Your responsibilities will include: Prioritise safety in all aspects of work including compliance with all Timberlink policies and procedures.Work closely with the NeXTimber Production Planner to ensure timely supply of Feedstock and despatch of produced goods.Preparation of achievable and operationally efficient load plans to ensure timely delivery.Manage stocktakes.Provide information and documentation to customers, with a focus on minimising delays and customer-centred solutions.Act as a back-up for Forklift operations during any planned/unplanned leave (preferred but not essential).Qualifications and Qualities you will bring to Timberlink: Knowledge of Warehousing, Distribution, and/or logistics.Customer Service experience.Order administration and delivery process experience.Current Forklift licence (desirable).Experience in Pronto (highly desirable).The successful candidate will receive full training and support from a hardworking and committed team.
