What's the role?
Based out of our Brisbane Airport office as a Despatch Allocator / Query Operator, you will be primarily responsible for the overall management of your channel and the allocation of jobs to drivers in an efficient and cost-effective manner as well as the overall management of the query channel.

To be successful, the ideal applicant will have the following skills, attributes, and experience:
Previous experience working with the transport industry in a similar role
Excellent communication skills (written, listening, and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Good understanding of the geographical suburbs in and around Brisbane
Sound computer knowledge
Resilience, passion, and ability to work at pace and under pressure
A high level of motivation and energy with a strong focus on achieving outstanding customer experience results
