As Desktop Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact, provide technical support and advice, and troubleshoot and resolve typical IT problems.
This role will be a challenge and expose you to a busy helpdesk/desktop support environment in a dynamic global company.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary based in the outer-western Brisbane area.

Demonstrate prior experience of providing helpdesk/desktop support with a strong focus on investigating, analysing, and providing solutions for your clientsPossess excellent time management skills to prioritise and log support requests to meet deadlines, along with strong attention to detailExhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure concise messages are givenHave knowledge of network and IT infrastructureHave experience in local and wide area networkingHave experience with personal computers, mobile and data services, computer networks, and communication technologyDemonstrate the ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamQualifications & Experience Ideally, you will have:
