Cleared are currently supporting a South Australian IT solutions provider, who are looking to engage a NV2 Desktop Support Analyst for a permanent engagement.Starting ASAP, this role is Adelaide based.The OpportunityThe Desktop Support Analyst will help meet the firm's goals and objectives through the efficient delivery of hands-on technical support and assistance.The role is responsible for undertaking work that is moderately complex to complex in nature, under limited direction, utilising expertise in IT systems and infrastructure, and operational support across a geographically dispersed network.Key Knowledge Or Experience Areas IncludeKnowledge and experience in successfully setting priorities and delivering quality results on time within the provision of business support arrangements and Desktop operations.Resolve and provide proactive support and attention to logged ticket requests.Conduct installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment, and software.Identify, log, and resolve technical issues.#J-18808-Ljbffr
