Job Description Providing first-line support for MS Teams and Authenticator related issues.Walking the floor to identify and troubleshoot any problems.Assisting end-users with their queries related to these applications.Documenting and escalating complex issues to the IT team.Maintaining confidentiality and following healthcare regulations.Providing excellent customer service to staff and patients.The Successful Applicant A successful Desktop Support consultant should have:
