Job Description The key responsibilities of the role include (but not confined to):Accurately record, categorise, prioritise, and resolve incidents received via email, telephone, and Service Desk communication channelsEnsure Incidents and Service Requests are completed within the defined SLA timeframeIdentify opportunities for Continual Service Improvement within the IT ServiceDesk and other IT Operations teams keeping stakeholders up-to-date with progress and resolution of assignedIncidents and Service RequestsCreate and maintain high-quality knowledge articles within the ITSM toolsetProvide TechHub support services, onsite support and site visits when required The Successful Applicant To be successful in this role, the following qualities and experiences will be considered favourably.
