The opportunity In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a secure and efficient technology infrastructure across our organisation. You will have the opportunity to manage device configuration and hygiene, deploy and patch desktop systems, administer MS Azure, Office 365, SharePoint and Teams. Your expertise will drive continuous operational improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team and utilise your technical knowledge in modern desktop technologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to deliver outstanding IT services. Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to the migration of desktop services management to a full modern management design architecture, ensuring our IT infrastructure remains at the forefront of technology advancements.
In this position you will undertake but not be limited to:
Manage device configuration and hygiene across Windows 10/11 Laptops and mobile devicesDeploy and patch MS Windows 10/11 desktops, 3rd party patch management and MS Office 365 service ringsEnsure enterprise mobility and security of mobile devicesAdminister the MS Azure platform including servers, PIM, AD, Licencing, MFA and enterprise applicationsProvide monthly reports on device compliance statusDevelop and maintain It processesWhat you'll bring If you are a proactive, detail orientated professional with a passion for leveraging technology effectively this is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the success of CareSuper.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Significant experience in a similar role supporting modern desktop technologies.Strong understanding of clod-native and hybrid solution designing VDI InfrastructureMicrosoft certification in Windows 10/11 Enterprise management & Microsoft Systems Centre Configuration ManagerKnowledge of ITIL Framework and process principalsExcellent scripting, troubleshooting and application packaging skillsExperience with MS Office 365 workload L2/3 administration and securityGreat customer service with the ability to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesAn awareness of regulatory requirements as they relate to data governance and information securityWhy CareSuper?
