Job Description Provide first line support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Perform routine checks and maintenance on IT equipment.Assist in the installation and configuration of new systems and software.Ensure the smooth running of computer systems and ensure users get maximum benefits from them.Perform onsite repairs and maintenance as necessary.Log all technical issues and solutions in the helpdesk system for future reference.Participate in IT projects as required.Provide basic training to staff on new systems or software.The Successful Applicant A successful Desk Support and Onsite Technician should have:
