Four days at customer office and one day working from home Ensure that projects align with the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and contribute to overall business goals. Serve as the Workplace Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers and handle technical escalations. Troubleshooting Client VIP Users issues Maintain consistent communication with managers staff and vendors for effective operations. Oversee the Service Improvement Program for Workplace Lead and execute the Problem Management process proactively identifying and resolving issues. Drive root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Mediate between Workplace Operations and the Project Lead. Interpret customer needs and transform them into potential projects.
