Job Description
Join our innovative team as a Senior Solution Designer - Privacy / Records Management and play a critical role in protecting customer privacy and managing records effectively. Shape the future of data security and compliance by leveraging your technical expertise and deep domain knowledge to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Diagnose and resolve complex service issues to ensure effective application development, maintenance, and support. Provide expert technical support and monitor process efficiency for application assets and maintenance. Oversee and validate complex changes to business services to ensure ongoing stability and sustainability. What do I need?
Extensive relevant IT industry experience in a highly technical role. Experience in Financial Crime, Risk & Regulatory projects. Experience with systems development, support and maintenance, with specialist application knowledge and experience with systems integration. Advanced knowledge of system analysis. Proven results in at least one technical specialism, such as a sub-domain or language. Advanced analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting and consultative skills. A firm understanding of a financial services operating environment, applications and products desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. What's it like to work there?
